A Plausible Peace For Ukraine
The primary goal of a negotiated peace in the Ukraine should be to contain the aggressor nations (Russia and China) with strong alliances. Most of the Ukraine should be protected, as would the future security of all nations west of Russia and all of China’s neighbors. Being made from strength, such a peace would have more in common with Camp David than with Munich.
